This PBA gathers youth workers and stakeholders interested in boosting youth employability through digital skills. It provides space for sharing practices, peer learning, networking, and inspiration to develop future projects.

Theme

This activity is part of the Youth@Work Partnership, supporting the development of youth employability and entrepreneurship competencies through Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps. The Partnership Building Activity with a study visit will bring together youth workers, trainers, project managers, NGO representatives, and other stakeholders to explore how emerging technologies and digital skills can be integrated into youth work.

The activity will explore ways to bridge the gap between fast-evolving digital trends and young people’s employability and entrepreneurship. It will also emphasize the use of European competence frameworks (DigComp and EntreComp) to help youth build careers and develop entrepreneurial initiatives in today’s dynamic job market.

Learning Objectives

Participants will:

• Exchange good practices. Share lessons learnt from ongoing or completed projects connecting youth work with digital skills, AI, blockchain, OSM, and entrepreneurship.
• Strengthen digital and entrepreneurial competences. Explore the use of DigComp and EntreComp to help youth workers support young people’s employability and entrepreneurship initiatives.
• Explore the role of new technologies. Share how to adapt youth work to the rapidly emerging digital ecosystem, e.g. AI, blockchain, NFTs... for building youth employment solutions and NGO capacity.
• Inspire follow-up initiatives. Build new networks of experts and co-create project ideas that can be developed into quality Erasmus+ and ESC applications.

Profile of Participants

We are looking for 30 participants from Erasmus+ Programme countries and Neighbourhood East countries who:

• Are youth workers, trainers, project managers, NGO representatives, mentors, or young leaders;
• Have experience in digital literacy and youth work and interest to foster youth employability and/or entrepreneurship of young people;
• Are motivated to integrate digital trends into youth work;
• Are ready to develop future Erasmus+ and ESC projects in this field.

Methodology

The programme will use non-formal education methods, including:

• Interactive workshops and project design spaces.
• Networking and partnership-building sessions.
• Peer learning and thematic discussions.
• Study visits to relevant stakeholders and organisations in Armenia.

A részvétel költségei: 
A résztvevők nemzetközi utazását, ill. biztosítási költségeit a Tempus Közalapítvány csoport, a külföldi szállás és étkezés, valamint a programhoz kapcsolódó költségeket a fogadó nemzeti iroda vagy a szervező fedezi.

A résztvevő, a programra történő utazása során felmerülő egyéb utazási költségeket (transzfer költségek) - mint a programhoz történő résztvevői hozzájárulást - fizeti. Amennyiben a transzfer költségek együttes összege a 10.000 forintot meghaladja, úgy a Közalapítvány egyéni kérelem benyújtását követően - egyedi elbírálás alapján - a 10.000 forint feletti összeget megtéríti a résztvevő részére.

Felhívjuk a jelentkezők figyelmét, hogy az utazás megszervezése a Tempus Közalapítvány hatáskörébe tartozik. Az esetlegesen felmerülő többletköltségeket a Tempus Közalapítvány nem állja, a keletkezett károkért felelősséget nem vállal.
