To improve our educational impacts through experiencing a non-formal educational (NFE) process

Why this Training Course?

To stimulate the participants to feel and reflect about the power of non-formal education (NFE) by experiencing different educational methods.

To broaden our perception of NFE and its potential impacts in our different realities in Europe.

To explore the complementarity between formal and non-formal educational sector.

To affirm the political dimension of non-formal education, as a way to take an active role in society (empowerment process).

To reconsider our daily educational work practices, identify our challenges in order to improve the coherence between values we promote and our daily actions.

How it will be done?

In order to have real impacts, the participants experience an innovative approach, using a full immersion in the experiential learning cycle: doing/ feeling, reflecting, transferring...

The TC is not limited to the five days the participants spend together but starts before the actual encounter. Participants should therefore be well aware that they will be actively involved from the very beginning.

Besides the planned objectives and content of the activity, in informal moments, it is also an ideal opportunity to eventually find partners for future European projects.

A fundamental flow during the training

Experiencing: different educational settings, different methods (role play, simulation activity, exercises...).

Reflecting: on the methods and its impacts, on the power and limits of NFE, on building a pedagogical process…

Transferring: to the own reality of participants, in order to improve ways of working with young people.

Sharing: different perceptions, current situations and experiences.

Developing: the building capacity of the participants, by including them in the decision process of the project designing (participants will decide some sessions they feel they need to have) but also in the implementation of the program (“Power to the People – the People who are you” moments).

Kérjük, egyaránt töltse ki az idegen nyelvű (SALTO) és a magyar nyelvű jelentkezési lapot! 

A részvétel költségei: 

A résztvevők nemzetközi utazását, ill. biztosítási költségeit a Tempus Közalapítvány, a külföldi szállás és étkezés, valamint a programhoz kapcsolódó költségeket a fogadó nemzeti iroda vagy a szervező fedezi.

A résztvevő, a programra történő utazása során felmerülő egyéb utazási költségeket (transzfer költségek)- mint a programhoz történő résztvevői hozzájárulást - fizeti. Amennyiben a transzfer költségek együttes összege a 10.000 forintot meghaladja, úgy a Közalapítvány egyéni kérelem benyújtását követően - egyedi elbírálás alapján - a 10.000 forint feletti összeget megtéríti a résztvevő részére.

Felhívjuk a jelentkezők figyelmét, hogy az utazás megszervezése a Tempus Közalapítvány hatáskörébe tartozik. Az esetlegesen felmerülő többletköltségeket a Tempus Közalapítvány nem állja, a keletkezett károkért felelősséget nem vállal.
