Understanding AI for Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship
Aim of the Seminar
This Youth@Work Seminar aims to support youth workers and educators in understanding Artificial Intelligence and its impact on youth employability, while strengthening their capacity to use AI responsibly, ethically and meaningfully in youth work and entrepreneurship education.
The seminar provides a safe learning space for participants to build AI literacy, explore digital and entrepreneurial competences and reflect on how youth work can support young people in navigating skills development, career guidance and future work pathways in the age of AI.
Objectives of the Seminar
By the end of the seminar, participants will be able to:
- Understand the basics of Artificial Intelligence - Develop a clear and realistic understanding of what AI is, how it works and its potential and limitations in youth work.
- Strengthen AI literacy and digital competence in youth work - Explore AI through the lens of DigComp 3.0, supporting informed and critical use of digital technologies with young people, while reflecting on ethics, safety and inclusion.
- Explore creativity and entrepreneurial mindset in the AI era - Use EntreComp to understand how creativity, initiative and entrepreneurial competences can be supported through AI in youth work practice.
- Understand the relationship between AI, skills and youth employability - Explore how AI is shaping skills needs and transitions into work for young people, with a focus on practical implications for youth work practice
- Learn from practice and innovation - Engage with Italian good practices through study visits, connecting AI, digital innovation, skills development and youth employability in real-life contexts.
Expected Added Value for Youth Work
The seminar contributes to strengthening the role of youth work in the digital transition by:
- Enhancing AI literacy and ethical awareness among youth workers and educators
- Supporting youth employability through skills development, digital and entrepreneurial competences and reflective use of AI
- Reinforcing “Youth@Work” as a space for responsible, practice-oriented and reflective innovation for youth employability

The Youth@Work Seminar “AI and the Future of Youth Employability” is designed for youth workers, project coordinators and practitioners who are interested in better understanding Artificial Intelligence and its implications for youth employability, skills development, and youth work practice.
The seminar is particularly relevant for:
- Youth workers and youth leaders
- (Formal) Educators, trainers and facilitators in non-formal education
- Members of youth organisations, NGOs and networks
- Practitioners working on youth employability, skills development and digital inclusion
- Project coordinators and programme staff focusing on youth employability, skills and digital transformation
Youth@Work Partnership
This event is part of the Youth@Work Partnership on Youth Employability and Entrepreneurship of Erasmus+ National Agencies. Youth@Work is the alliance of the Erasmus+/European Solidarity Corps National Agencies of Italy (the leading NA), Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Malta, Poland, Republic of North Macedonia, Spain, and Türkiye, as well as of the SALTO-YOUTH Eastern Europe and Caucasus (Poland), SALTO-YOUTH South East Europe (Slovenia) and SALTO-YOUTH Training and Cooperation (Germany) Resource Centres. Kérjük, egyaránt töltse ki az idegen nyelvű (SALTO) és a magyar nyelvű jelentkezési lapot!
A részvétel költségei:
A résztvevők nemzetközi utazását, ill. biztosítási költségeit a Tempus Közalapítvány, a külföldi szállás és étkezés, valamint a programhoz kapcsolódó költségeket a fogadó nemzeti iroda vagy a szervező fedezi.
A résztvevő, a programra történő utazása során felmerülő egyéb utazási költségeket (transzfer költségek) - mint a programhoz történő résztvevői hozzájárulást - fizeti. Amennyiben a transzfer költségek együttes összege a 10.000 forintot meghaladja, úgy a Közalapítvány egyéni kérelem benyújtását követően - egyedi elbírálás alapján - a 10.000 forint feletti összeget megtéríti a résztvevő részére.
Felhívjuk a jelentkezők figyelmét, hogy az utazás megszervezése a Tempus Közalapítvány hatáskörébe tartozik. Az esetlegesen felmerülő többletköltségeket a Tempus Közalapítvány nem állja, a keletkezett károkért felelősséget nem vállal.
